SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to be processed and shipped out. Orders are shipped with USPS, Monday- Friday. You will be notified through email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. DURING A SALE, TURN AROUND TIME IS AROUND 7-35 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday-Friday depending on customer value). Ground shipping cost only covers 1 unit with signature. If you order multiple units, you will be contacted regarding total shipping cost. If an item is returned, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to and from Reign’s Heir .

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. SIGNATURES OF AN ADULT ARE REQUIRED WITH ALL PACKAGES.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Reign's Heir does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

UNIT CONSTRUCTION TIMING

All units are constructed from scratch for a more custom fit. Please allow up to 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS for construction. Depending on customer volume, unit can be shipped out sooner. All units are machine made on a sewing machine to ensure longevity with proper care. Units that are 24" and over will be constructed with 4 bundles. All units are washed and styled as pictured. Please be sure that you have correct head circumference when selecting your unit. Once your order is placed, you can only change your parting or add color. Adding color to your order WILL BE AN EXTRA FEE!
