ALL SALES ARE FINAL! THERE ARE NO REFUNDS,RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. WIGS ARE MADE CUSTOM FOR CLIENTS. Due to the nature of this product/s AND for sanitation & COVID-19 reasons, refunds or exchanges will not be issued.

What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions (bundles, wigs and closures) cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer.  For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All units are inspected before shipping out to guarantee high quality construction. Units are constructed based off of your head circumference. Please make sure that you know your head circumference BEFORE placing your order. 

 We do offer to fix a malfunction ( 1 unit re-construction) that's determined by Reign’s Heir within 5 business days. MULTIPLE RECONSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN WIG CONSTRUCTION FEE. *Disclaimer: Due to the nature of the product, multiple reconstructions will cause stress on your closure; be mindful of this. Reign's Heir IS NOT responsible for shipping cost in an event that a malfunction takes place. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THE CORRECT WAY TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD, PLEASE MESSAGE US ON FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM FOR A FAST RESPONSE! AFTER THE UNIT IS MADE/SHIPPED OUT, IF YOU CHOSE THE INCORRECT SIZE, IT IS NOT REIGN’S HEIR RESPONSIBILITY!! 

 

* Units can be worn glue-less or installed. Please make sure that you have a flat foundation upon installing/ wearing your unit. Recommend 8-10 braids to the back depending on clients hair thickness.

          *** Though wigs can be worn glue-less, seek professional for installation.

* IF malfunction occurs in wigs, bundle or closures:

FOR WIGS: LACE MUST BE UNTAMPERED WITH ( NOT CUT)  and wig can not be tampered with in any form.

FOR CLOSURES: Closures can not be bleached, plucked or tampered with in any form. 

FOR BUNDLES : Wefts of bundles can not be tampered with in any form.

IN ORDER FOR WARRANTY TO BE ACTIVE!

                          DISCLAIMER: Rips, tears, holes, makeup stains, over bleaching of hair or closure, heat damage, wrongful use of products, excessive brushing  resulting in shedding, over plucking/balding, skin allergies to dyes/bleach or skin allergies to the hair/cap/lace/adjustable band, installation/styling/installing of wig by someone else or yourself, LOST IN THE SHIPPING PROCESS or NON DELIVERY/ STOLEN PACKAGES ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF REIGN’S HEIR! 

* Lace closures, especially HD closures, are very delicate. Please be mindful of this.  

• Non-Satisfaction of wig/bundles/closure/color will not result in a refund.
• Color change services will be an additional cost.

*Phone number and/or email address will need to be present upon checkout incase client needs to be contacted during the ordering process.

* Reign's Heir will not work under ANY type of hostile environment. This will result in client termination.

• I HAVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY CLIENT/BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP AT ANY GIVEN TIME FOR ANY GIVEN REASON!

* PICKUP OPTION: Wigs or bundles are available for pickup after you have received your confirmation email stating that your order is ready. IF PRODUCTS ARE ON HAND, ORDER CAN BE PICKED UP AT THE EARLIEST CONVENIENCE OF SELLER AND CLIENT. IF PRODUCT HAVE TO BE ORDERED, THEN THERE IS A 7-10 BUSINESS DAY DELAY. * Reign's Heir will ONLY communicate during business hours ( Monday - Friday 10 a.m - 6 p.m; excluding holidays).
